Skøn mini skål til mandler

Tid til en lille snack – og ja, i den sunde afdeling! 😇

Da jeg ikke havde en lille skål ved hånden, brugte jeg en japansk sojaskål til sushi. Den viste sig at være helt perfekt til mandler.

De håndlavede japanske spisepinde er skønne at bruge til at tage de fine mandler én ad gangen – en elegant måde at nyde dem på, samtidig med at jeg nemt kan styre mængden. Lidt, men godt! 🙂

I 2014 vurderede Zoë kvaliteten på take-away sushi fra 8 forskellige sushi restauranter for forbrugermagasinet TÆNK.
