Søndag den 27. oktober 2013 afholdes kurset Traditionel japansk madkursus for begyndere på Amager.

Et kursus til dig, der gerne vil lære at lave velsmagende og sunde japanske retter, der ikke tager en krig at lave på en travl hverdag.

På kurset vil du i korte træk lære;

  • Hemmelighederne bag det autentiske japanske køkken.
  • En indsigt i de japanske ingredienser der anvendes i japanske mad.
  • En viden om, hvordan du klargøre forskellige friske grøntsager, kød og fisk.
  • Tilberede 3 forskellige japanske retter såsom dumplings, Teriyaki laks og en nuddelret.

Du får udleveret opskrifterne efterfølgende, så du kan lave selvsamme retter, når du kommer hjem.
