Bruger japanerne mayonnaise når de laver sushi?


Jeg kender ikke noget andet land som Danmark, der bruger så meget mayonnaise i sushi. Den mængde der bruges er et dansk fænomen, det er ikke noget jeg har set i andre lande.

At bruge mayonnaise i sushi er ikke forkert, det giver bare en anden gastronomisk oplevelse.

I Japan er sushi meget mere enkelt. Japanerne bruger råvarer af ekstrem høj kvalitet og ved hjælp af forskellige skæreteknikker, bliver den enkelte smage og nuancer i fisken og grøntsager fremhævet.
