Jeg er vild med at besøge supermarkeder når jeg er ude at rejse.
For et supermarked kan fortælle rigtig meget om befolkningen, kulturen og hvilken type råvarer der er mest populær.

Når jeg er i LA, besøger jeg gerne forskellige japanske supermarkeder op til flere gange i løbet af en uge.

Jeg har altid været fascineret af deres kølediske og udvalget af fisk og kød. Fisken der sælges i japanske supermarkeder er af så høj kvalitet, at det kan bruges til sashimi og sushi. Et alt for sjældent syn desværre.
