Hvilken kniv bruges til at skære fisk til sushi?

SushiknivSom det nok ikke kommer bag på de fleste, så bruges en sushikniv til at skære fisk til sushi. Dog findes der, flere forskellige typer af knive, og det er ikke alle som er lige gode.

Personligt foretrækker jeg, at bruge en god japansk sushikniv til sushi. Man kan sige, at japanerne er dem der ved mest om sushi, og om de køkkenredskaber der bruges til at lave sushi.

De japanske knivblade har en hældning som du ikke finder på europæiske sushiknive.
Til dem der ikke ved det, så er der en verden forskel i smagen, alt efter om fisken er skåret med en europæisk kniv eller japansk sushikniv.
