Hvilken køkkenredskaber bruger japanske sushikokke?

Japanske sushikokke bruger nogle andre køkkenredskaber end, hvad du kan finde på de danske restauranter.

Det skyldes, at japansk sushi er noget andet end, hvad de fleste kender til i Danmark.

Som japansk uddannet sushikok, har jeg valgt at bruge japanske køkkenredskaber fordi, det har direkte indflydelse på om det sushi jeg laver også har de smagsnuancer og aromaer, som du kan finde restauranter i Tokyo.

Pt. opholder jeg mig i Tokyo, jeg har idag været forbi Kappabashihon-dori i Tokyo og købe japanske køkkenredskaber, som japanske sushikokke i Tokyo bruger.
