Hvordan adskiller et japansk måltid sig fra et europæisk?

Et japansk måltid er ualmindelig sundt og godt for kroppen.
Fisk udgør fundamentet i det japanske køkken. Det betyder, at fisk indgår i større eller mindre grad i alle måltider. Her tænker jeg ikke kun på hele stykker fisk, men også fiskefond, fiske flager, tørret fisk osv.

Derudover holder japanerne også deres kroppe sund og slank ved, at spise afgiftende råvarer.
Grøntsager herunder tang spises i store mængder, dertil spiser japanerne også masser af ingefær og soja, som indgår i maden på en diskret og delikat måde.

Japanerne spiser også gerne kød, men det fylder meget mindre end hvad vi er vant til i Europa.
Den sunde kost er direkte årsag til at japanerne lever så længe.
