I Japan, bliver der også lavet vegetariske gyoza?

I Japan har man ikke tradition for, at lave vegetariske dumplings også kaldet gyoza. I Japan bliver de ofte lavet med kød eller fisk og skaldyr.

Det er findes flere vegetarisk stilarter i det japanske køkken. Enkelte går flere hundrede år tilbage til de gamle buddhistiske munkeklostre.

Flere og flere lande spredt over hele verdenen har fået øjnene op for at spise mindre kød. Nogle lande er længere fremme end andre og, Danmark er godt med.
Det seneste års tid har jeg oplevet flere og flere som har spurgt til, hvornår jeg afholder et vegetarisk japansk madkursus og, det gør jeg i juni måned.

På lige netop det kursus lærer du bl.a. trin for trin at lave delikate og velsmagende vegetariske  gyoza, som egner sig til hverdag og særlig begivenheder.
