Tid til nye vaner – er det dig?

Det nye år 2019 er skudt i gang.
Jeg er i fuld gang med at planlægge hvad der skal ske i løbet af året. Som så mange andre, synes jeg også at jeg lever et travlt liv med forskellige aktiviteter.

Så derfor kigger jeg mine kostvaner efter for at se, hvordan jeg med små ændringer kan leve et sundere liv med mindre kød. En af de små justeringer som jeg med sikkerhed kommer til, at gør mere af er,  at spise mere sushi i hverdagen.

Der skal i virkeligheden ikke særlig meget sushi til, før at jeg spise den mængde fisk og grøntsager som sundhedsstyrelsen anbefaler.
