Japanske gyoza er en populær spise i Tokyo


Efterhånden er der flere og flere i Danmark, som har stødt på den populære spise gyoza bedre kendt som japanske dumplings.

Japansk gyoza kommer oprindelig fra Kina for mange hundrede år siden. De kinesisk dumplings er sidenhen blevet tilpasset det japanske køkken og japanernes smagsløg. De japanske gyoza er en populær spise og i Tokyo, findes der mange spisesteder som udelukkende er specialiseret i at lave Gyoza. I Japan er det meget normalt at spise gyoza som en forret eller en lille snack.

På kurset ”Traditionel japansk madkursus for begyndere” der lærer du, at lave de Gyoza med de klassiske råvarer og ingredienser som bruges i Japan. Du lærer at folde Gyoza som japanske kokke.
